On 21 February, teachers and pupils at Monaco’s Vocational and Catering School put together a second educational fine dining menu at the Cordon d’Or restaurant.

On 21 February, teachers and pupils at Monaco’s Vocational and Catering School, in partnership with the Palace Archives and the Prince Albert I Committee, put together a second educational fine dining menu at the Cordon d’Or restaurant.

This time, the theme was vegetarianism, in honour of the diet followed by the Prince during his motorcycle trips and in conjunction with one of the Prince’s chefs, the author of a book on vegetarian cooking.
